Shipping Information

Us Domestic Shipping:
We offer all UPS and USPS Shipping services. Cost of shipping variates acording to the carrier and service selected by customer.

International Shipping:

Orders

Order Acceptance Policy:
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason

Order Cancellation:
If for any reason you wish to cancel an order, please call our Customer Service dept. for assistance at: 407-730-4800 or email us at
support@Theimportsworld.com "Special order" items, may be assessed a cancellation fee. When an order has already been shipped, our regular return policy will take effect. Refused packages have 15% restocking fee plus freight

International Orders:
Please note that any import fees such as customs, duties, brokerage fees, or others, are not covered by your shipping cost. It is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of these charges and pay for them upon arrival.
Most of the products we sell are US products made for sale in the US only. This addresses several issues: The voltage is 100-120v, not 200-220v as in many international locations. Most items purchased from us will not have warranty coverage out of the US. Car radio products receive different tuning than in most countries. It is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of this or any other pertinent information.

Multiple Product Purchases:
In the case multiple products are ordered, we reserve the right to ask the card holder to fax us a clear copy of the front and back of your credit card and a valid drivers license or state Identification.

Address Errors and Corrections:
In the case you provide us an incorrect shipping address and we are charged a fee by the shipping company to correct the address we will apply this fees to your account.

Tax Policy:
NEEOX Corp is required to collect sales tax in Florida. Sales tax is charged on total merchandise plus shipping charges

Payment forms acepted

PayPal:
Very easy and safe method of paying for your orders. There you may use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Debit cards, as well as checks. We ship to a PayPal confirmed address only.

Credit Cards:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express issued by a US bank, and we ship to a verifiable US address only. Orders over $500 can only be shipped to confirmed billing addresses or alternative addresses listed with Credit Card Issuer. If the address to which your order is being shipped differs from your credit card billing address, and your purchase exceeds $500, please use the customer service toll-free number on your credit card to request an "alternate shipping address". This will expedite your order more quickly. We do reserve the right to refuse shipping to any alternate address at our discretion. Shipping to your billing address ensures the fastest processing of your order.
Note: If your shipping address is in a different city than the billing address, we must verify your purchase verbally by contacting you to the phone number listed with the credit card. If billing address phone number varies order will be held or cancelled.

Cashier's Checks/Money Orders/Personal Checks:
We accept Money Orders, Cashiers' Checks and Personal Checks issued by a US bank and in US currency. We also accept postal Money Orders. We will email you all the instructions necessary to make the Cashier's Checks/Money Orders payment.
Note: All check payments are held for 10 business days.

Wire transfers:
Wire transfers must be in US funds. A $13.50 fee applies to all incoming transfers. Transfers are accepted for US and International transactions

International Orders:
International orders must be paid with US funds. We accept international credit cards (Visa or MasterCard) only if used with Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCodeTM Verification Only!. No other international credit cards will be accepted. For all otherb international payments you may use Wire Transfer, where all fees should be paid on the buyer's side. PayPal is accepted only for verified accounts. All International shipments are sent with FULL insurance and are declared at full value. Customer is responsible for any duties or any other expenses

Returns and Refunds

All products have a 30 day return policy from the time order is delivered, or first delivery attempt is made. No returns are allowed after 30 days. Products need to be returned with all accessories in original packing. Customer need to request an RMA Number before send the merchandaize to us.

For New or Factory Reconditioned products, warranty claims must be made to the manufacturer of the product.

For products with 60 day warranty, products will be repaired by NEEOX Corp., if product cannot be repaired, they will be replaced by the same or similar product.

Fees

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, not including freight costs.

Refused packages have a 15% restocking fee, not including freight costs.

Refused packages shipped for free will be charged a 10% handling fee.

Multiple product purchases are considered "Special Order" and are not returnable

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to return products to NEEOX Corp.

NEEOX Corp is not responsible for return costs, all COD packages will be refused.
